I was just here a few days ago with Robby and I miss it so much :(
So I’m in NYC for my mom’s 50th birthday and while I’m here I can’t help but think that I could possibly be living in this city in less than a year..
I just got accepted to the School of Visual Arts in NYC!!!
I’m so excited I got into a place I like so much! I also got accepted to my safety, Ringling, the other day, but I wasn’t too excited given that I’m not really interested in going to that school in particular or going to school in Florida period.
I just need to hear from my other 5 schools that I applied to, although SVA was my 2nd choice after RISD and MICA which are currently tied for my top favorite at the moment.
My name is Kelly Schomburg, I’m the girl with the red hair in these pictures. I was protesting at the Occupy Wall Street march yesterday when I and several other women were sprayed with mace and subsequently arrested. Many have already seen the video, which has been spreading like wildfire over twitter, Facebook, tumblr, and other video feeds, along with hundreds of other photos and videos. This is my recount of what happened.
